Please read these terms before using Site10x. They explain what our free AI drafts are, what you can expect from us, and what we expect from you.
These terms apply to your use of site10x.com and the services offered on it by Site10x, 99/1, 1st Floor, 1st Cross Rd, Ramarao Layout, Katriguppe, BSK 3rd Stage, Bengaluru, INDIA - 560085 (“Site10x”, “we”, “us”). By using the site, requesting a free draft or asking for a quote, you agree to these terms. If you use Site10x on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms for it.
Paid website projects are also governed by the written quote or project agreement you accept. If that document and these terms conflict, the quote or project agreement applies.
Drafts and concepts are generated automatically by artificial intelligence. They are starting points to show a direction, not finished websites, and they are not reviewed by a person before you see them. They may contain mistakes, inaccurate statements, placeholder text or images, or content that needs your confirmation.
Drafts are provided free of charge and “as is”. Please don't publish or rely on a draft without checking it. When you work with us on a project, we refine the design and content with you before anything goes live.
We keep drafts for a limited time and may delete them after that, as described in our Privacy policy. We may limit how many free drafts you can request and may decline requests.

Your website content, business information, logos and materials remain yours. You give us permission to access the public pages of the website you enter and to use the content and materials you provide in order to create your draft, prepare quotes and deliver services to you.
You confirm that you have the rights needed to give us this permission, and that our use of your content as described here won't infringe anyone else's rights.
The Site10x website, software, templates, design system and brand are ours or our licensors'. You may view and share your drafts to evaluate our services, but you may not copy, resell or build a website from a draft without working with us, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Drafts may include stock images provided by third parties (such as Unsplash) under their own licences, and placeholder content that must be replaced before a website is published.
Estimates shown on the site, including prices and launch times, are indicative and based on the features you select. They are not an offer. The scope, price, timeline, payment terms and applicable taxes for a project are set out in a written quote, and a project starts only when you accept it.
We may change the prices shown on the site at any time. A change does not affect a quote you have already accepted.
Once you have paid in full for a project, the website we built for you and its content belong to you, except for third-party components (such as open-source software, fonts, plugins or stock images), which remain subject to their own licences, and our general tools and know-how, which we may reuse.
We may show the finished website in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Our service relies on third-party providers, and the site may link to other websites. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services we don't control, and their own terms apply to your use of them.
Apart from what is expressly stated in these terms or in an accepted quote, the site and free services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that a draft will achieve any particular result for your business.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud.
You agree to compensate us for reasonable losses and costs resulting from a claim by a third party that content you provided to us, or your use of the service in breach of these terms, infringed their rights or broke the law.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here, with its “Last updated” date, applies from the date it is posted; changes do not affect a quote you have already accepted. We may change, suspend or stop any free service at any time.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, and we will first try in good faith to resolve any dispute with you informally.
